Magento Developers

We are seeking Magento Developers to support and maintain our first product — MICRO™. Magento Developers will work with different teams based on expertise, skill-set and subjects of their preference. This is a full-time position based in California. Compensation will be negotiated.  

Responsibilities

  • Support, maintain and improve our e-commerce platform using Magento

  • Identify and help resolve threats and related issues

  • Support security-related tasks

Qualifications

  • California-based

  • Magento 2 expert with experience in app and web app architecture and development

  • Experience developing and supporting online marketplaces, virtual stores, and digital transactions (Amazon, Etsy, Shopify) using Magento

  • Experience using Magento 2 themes and extensions for customization

  • Strong abilities with Google Cloud setup and maintenance

  • Ability to effectively articulate technical challenges and solutions

  • Skilled in async and remote work, being able to work with small teams

  • Skilled in Scrum or Agile development methodologies

  • Ability to work with small agile teams remotely

  • Entrepreneurial spirit and creative mindset

  • Magento Certified Developer (A plus)

 
 
 

Business Development Manager

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to support our Social Glass initiatives. Business Development Manager will work with different teams based on expertise, skill-set and subjects of their preference. This is a full-time position based in California. Compensation will be negotiated.

Responsibilities

  • Work with and support our clients in the Pilot Program of our first product — MICRO™

  • Identify and evaluate business opportunities and early adopters in target markets

  • Quantify business intelligence with economic models to evaluate and prioritize opportunities and product-to-market fit

  • Conduct market analysis and competitive landscaping

  • Analyze strategies to define our unique value proposition and positioning

  • Identify secondary revenue streams for our core products

  • Partner with our Government Team to analyze government expenditure and GovTech industry insights

  • Assist with core business activities, including fundraising, structuring partnerships, and communicating with customers

Qualifications

  • California-based

  • Excellent business acumen and experience in business development and analysis

  • Experience establishing processes and streamlining business operations

  • Experience working with government entities

  • Experience in business development with marketplaces or e-commerce platforms

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate relevant information

  • Great negotiation and communication skills

  • Ability to work with small agile teams remotely

  • Entrepreneurial spirit and creative mindset
